1. Use of our website and services.

Our website and the SMS Program are provided for general information and to communicate with our clients and prospective clients. Website content is not a recommendation or an offer to buy or sell any security or insurance product, and it is not individualized financial, tax, or legal advice. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or the SMS Program at any time.

2. SMS Messaging Terms.

Program description. The SMS Program allows our office and our clients to converse and exchange text messages. Message topics include support, appointment scheduling, account management, informational updates, and general client service.

Consent. We will text you only after you have agreed to receive text messages from Advantage Retirement Services. You may give consent in a meeting, on a call, by email, or in writing. After you agree, you will receive a text confirming your enrollment. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies because messaging is conversational in nature.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply to any messages we send to you and you send to us. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Opting out. You can cancel the SMS Program at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that messages you. After you send "STOP," we will send you one text confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to rejoin, let us know as you did the first time, and we will resume sending messages.

Help. If you have issues with the SMS Program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for assistance, or contact us at 417-893-7233.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy at https://www.advantageretirementservices.com/privacy-policy.

3. Your responsibilities and acceptable use.

You agree to provide accurate contact information, to enroll only a mobile number you own or are authorized to use, and to notify us or reply STOP if you change or give up that number. You agree not to use our website or the SMS Program to send unlawful, abusive, harassing, or misleading content, or to interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. Do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, or other sensitive personal information by text.

4. Instructions and transactions.

Text messages may not be used to place orders, request purchases, sales, transfers, or withdrawals, change a policy or account, or give other time-sensitive instructions. Those requests are not effective until confirmed through our standard procedures. Text messages are retained and may be reviewed as required by law and regulation.

5. Disclaimer.

Our website and the SMS Program are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any message will be delivered or received on time.

6. Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law,  Advantage Retirement Services, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or the SMS Program, including delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. Nothing in these Terms waives or limits any right you have under federal or state securities laws, insurance laws, or any other law that cannot be waived by agreement, or any duty we owe you under those laws.

7. Dispute resolution.

If you have a concern about our website or the SMS Program, please contact us first at 417-893-7233, and we will try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either party may pursue it in the state or federal courts located in Greene County, Missouri, and these Terms are governed by the laws of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes relating to your accounts, policies, or advisory relationship are governed by the agreements for those accounts or services and any applicable regulatory dispute resolution forum, and nothing in these Terms limits your rights in that forum.
